Book of Corvus

Hi, I'm Corvus

To help people turn their most profound experiences into who they become.

Mission

To help people turn their most profound experiences into who they become.

I believe the direct experience is only the beginning. The insight, retreat, the ceremony, the breakthrough on the cushion — that’s not the transformation. What you do afterward is. Integration is the most powerful and least-taught part of the inner journey, and my life’s work is teaching that second half — one person, one class, one ceremony, one event at a time.

Origins

For years I lived in when/then — when I achieve this, then I’ll finally be enough. My worth was always one milestone out in front of me. After my parents divorced at 10, we left a place where I roamed free on my bike all day for an isolated new life in Georgia. I sank into depression, hid in video games, and used food to numb it, ballooning past 300 pounds.

At a 10-day silent retreat, something cracked open. Meditation and the communities that surround the practice gave me what achievement never had: a way back to the present, and a sense of worth that came from connection and contribution instead of the next milestone. I spent the next 12 years going deeper — Vipassana and non-dual practice, somatic breathwork, psychedelic guide training, and plant-medicine apprenticeship. But the real lesson were not the peak experiences. It was watching people change the moment they were valued for simply existing — and seeing how that acceptance only holds when it’s sourced from inside. So I turned away from chasing the experience and toward the thing underneath it all: integration.

The Person Behind the Work

When I’m not teaching and facilitating, I’m a husband and cat-dad. I’d wanted to build something I could share online for years, but only started making content in the fall of 2025 — and grew to 45k across platforms in six months. The goal underneath it: travel less for work so I can pour that energy into a strong in-person community.

These days you’ll find me on the road for my business, making content, exercising, and drinking a lot of coffee.
I believe every person already carries what they’re looking for — they’ve just never been shown the second half of the path. My job is to walk it with them, the way mentors once walked it with me.
